“Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?”
― Mary Oliver
I work alongside my clients to help them identify and achieve their therapeutic goals. I take a collaborative and affirming stance and believe in recognizing client’s internal resources to aid in the therapeutic process. I hold a certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT) and currently receive training and supervision for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and consultation in Psychoanalysis. I am profoundly passionate in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ and GNC community. My areas of interest include gender processing and exploration, reconciling sexual orientation and religious beliefs, culturally sensitive couple and family therapy, intersectional individual, couple, and family therapy, and non-monogamy, polyamory, and other relationship structures. I aim to foster a safe and empowering atmosphere to work on skill development and personal growth and self-exploration.
