Cara Chill, LLC currently has limited openings and is accepting new clients on a case by case basis.

Cara Chill, LLC is paneled with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and Blue Choice PPO and Aetna.

Starting October 2023, there will be a rate increase for new clients to keep up with the cost of living and inflation. The out- of- pocket rate will be $200 for intake sessions. Sessions following for individuals will be $175, and sessions following for couples and families will be $180.

Starting October 2023, a $2 service fee will be charged at every transaction for credit cards on file.
