“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
― Brene Brown

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychology. I have always been profoundly passionate about relationships including relations we have with others, as well as with ourselves.  As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the greater Chicago area, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their individual and relational needs.

I truly care for all of my patients, and work diligently and collaboratively to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2013, I have worked with a variety of patients in various dynamics and treatment settings dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my yorkie, listening to true crime podcasts, and exploring Chicago.

I am looking forward to working with you!
