GET TO KNOW ME

“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
― Brene Brown

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychology. I graduated from The Family Institute at Northwestern University in 2015 with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to helping my patients better understand themselves as well as their relationships. In 2023, I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Throughout my time in the field,  I have worked in many diverse clinical settings including residential facilities, hospitals, correctional and forensic settings, and in private practice.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with family, listening to true crime podcasts, and going for walks.

I am looking forward to working with you!
